Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days
- White Glove Delivery: Available for large items (additional charges apply)

- Standard Shipping: $6.95
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $100
- Express Shipping: $14.95

Order Tracking

Special Handling
All ceramic items are carefully packaged with:
- Double-walled cardboard boxes
- Bubble wrap cushioning

Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you’re not available for delivery:
- Carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice
- Package will be held at local facility for 5 business days
- Second attempt may be available (carrier dependent)
Damaged Packages
In case of visible damage:
- Refuse delivery or note damage on receipt

- Provide photos of damaged package and contents
Address Changes
To modify your shipping address:

- Changes only possible before order ships
- $5 fee may apply for address corrections after shipment
International Shipping

- Duties are calculated by destination country

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items:

- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
